How to edit APNG's?

Title says all; how on earth do I edit these darned files?

The only thing I have found is the addon APNG Edit for Firefox. Unlike what its name tells though, it doesn't allow you to actually edit APNGs, only create.

and my 10 minutes of Googling only turn up the APNG Editor you mentioned, and the SVG2PNG extension:
