Theres a media player which reads psd's to show its skins.
http://xion.r2.com.au/ its a pretty crappy media player but the skinning abilities are the glory part of it. (Only lol) Just wondering if it would be possible to have a add-on creating the capability in Songbird. Just throwing some ideas out there.

Interesting stuff indeed! I've send this over to the product team. While I doubt we'll be able to support this type of skinning, in theory this seems like a good idea. In practice it might be more complex than it's worth. Meanwhile it's really not that hard to feather Songbird, if you're interested in learning head over the Songbird Developer Center.
